LEAD DEVELOPER - FLUTTER Coincrowd is a Crypto Management platform dedicated to the blockchain and crypto community. Coincrowd Inc is headquartered in the Cayman Islands and will open a wholly-owned subsidiary in Dubai, United Arab Emirates. Coincrowd is a research and asset management platform powered by a social network built for the blockchain and cryptocurrency community.
As a Lead Developer - Flutter, you will be responsible for leading the development of our mobile apps built using Flutter. You will work closely with our product and design teams to create engaging and intuitive user experiences. You will also be responsible for leading and mentoring a team of developers to ensure high-quality and timely delivery of features.
Responsibilities:Lead the development of our mobile apps built using Flutter.Collaborate with our product and design teams to create engaging and intuitive user experiences.Work with the backend team to ensure seamless integration with our APIs.Lead and mentor a team of developers to ensure high-quality and timely delivery of features.Write clean, efficient, and well-documented code.Identify and solve complex technical problems.Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and technologies in mobile app development.
Requirements:5+ years of experience in mobile app development.3+ years of experience with Flutter.Experience leading and mentoring a team of developers.Strong understanding of object-oriented programming and design patterns.Experience with Git and agile development methodologies.Strong problem-solving skills.Excellent verbal and written communication skills.Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.

Benefits:Initially, none of the team is drawing a salary, instead working for future equity. You would be in the same situation. As we continue to raise funds, with some great traction already, the company will begin to pay market wages. This is quite typical for pre-seed startups.
