ServiceNow Developer
Requirements:Hands-on experience with development and implementation of ServiceNow ITSM modules: Incident Management, Problem Management, Configuration Management, Change Management, Knowledge Management or other ITSM application.Must have experience on Service Portal, HRSD, ITAM, ITOM, CMDB, ITBM, SecOps, CSM, PPMExperience with the development and implementation of ServiceNow ITSM modulesExpertise in working with script based ServiceNow components such as business rules, the script includes client scripts, UI pages, UI Actions, Workflow, etc and JavaScript.Knowledge of JavaScript, HTML/CSS, and SQLStrong understanding of ITIL Service operation processesIntegration, Orchestration with third party sources, and discovery sources.Extensive hands-on experience working with script based ServiceNow components such as business rules, script includes, client scripts, UI pages etc.Good oral and written communication skills, strong analytical, teamwork and customer engagement skills.Strong knowledge in Integration with third party systems: Webservice (REST and SOAP), LDAP, SSO, JDBC, Midserver.Strong knowledge in scripting; Experience in writing the Scripts using Glide Objects, JavaScript.Preferred:ITIL certificationServiceNow certification3+ Years of experience Knowledge of JavaScript to create Business Rules, Client Scripts, UI Policies and UI Actions, create various workflows, configure and create Customized Widgets in PortalKnowledge of Web Services (XML, HTML, Web Services, REST etc.)
