Senior ServiceNow Developer

Requirements:4 to 10+ years of hands-on experience in ServiceNow developmentMust have atleast 2+ years in GRC Must have atleast 2+ years in SecOpsStrong understanding of ServiceNow platform capabilities, including scripting (JavaScript, AngularJS), UI customization, and workflow configuration.In-depth knowledge of ServiceNow GRC modules (Policy and Compliance Management, Risk Management, Audit Management, etc.) and SecOps modules (Vulnerability Response, Security Incident Response, etc.).Experience in developing and maintaining ServiceNow integrations using REST APIs, SOAP, and MID Servers.Familiarity with industry frameworks and standards, such as ISO 27001, NIST, ITIL, and GDPR.Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to analyze complex requirements and design efficient solutions.Strong communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Job Description:We are seeking a skilled ServiceNow Developer with a strong background in ServiceNow GRC and SecOps modules. As a ServiceNow Developer, you will be responsible for the design, development, and implementation of ServiceNow solutions to meet the organization's governance, risk, compliance, and security operation’s needs. This role requires a deep understanding of ServiceNow platform capabilities, GRC frameworks, and security best practices. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 5 years of ServiceNow development experience and a proven track record in delivering high-quality solutions.Design, develop, and implement ServiceNow GRC and SecOps solutions to address the organization's governance, risk, and compliance requirements.Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical specifications and solution designs.Configure ServiceNow GRC and SecOps modules to meet business needs, including workflows, forms, reports, and dashboards.Develop and maintain integrations between ServiceNow and other systems to ensure data accuracy and seamless information flow.Participate in the testing, debugging, and troubleshooting of ServiceNow solutions, identifying and resolving technical issues.Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including security, risk, compliance, and IT operations, to ensure alignment and effective implementation of ServiceNow solutions.Stay updated with the latest ServiceNow features, enhancements, and industry trends related to GRC and SecOps, proactively identifying opportunities for improvement.Provide technical guidance and support to junior developers or team members, fostering knowledge sharing and collaboration.
