Job Description:

We are seeking a talented and creative Webflow Developer to join our dynamic team. As a Webflow Developer, you will play a key role in designing and implementing visually appealing and functional websites using the Webflow platform. The ideal candidate should have a strong background in web development, a keen eye for design, and a passion for creating seamless user experiences.

Responsibilities:

Webflow Design and Development:Design and develop responsive and visually compelling websites using the Webflow platform.Implement custom interactions, animations, and dynamic content to enhance user engagement.

Collaboration with Designers:Work closely with UI/UX designers to translate design mockups into interactive and functional Webflow sites.Provide input on design feasibility and suggest improvements for a better user experience.

CMS Integration:Utilize Webflow's CMS capabilities to efficiently manage and update content across multiple pages.Implement dynamic content structures for blogs, portfolios, and other content-driven sections.

Cross-Browser Compatibility:Ensure that websites are optimized for cross-browser compatibility and responsive across various devices.Conduct thorough testing to identify and address any issues related to performance and user experience.

Custom Code Integration:Implement custom code snippets or integrate third-party scripts as needed for specific functionalities not directly supported by Webflow.Troubleshoot and resolve any compatibility issues arising from custom code implementations.

Website Maintenance and Updates:Collaborate with the marketing and content teams to make timely updates to website content and design.Monitor website performance and address any issues or improvements as needed. Documentation:Document best practices, guidelines, and workflows for Webflow development.Provide training and support to team members on Webflow-related tasks.

Qualifications:Proven 3+ experience as a Webflow Developer or in a similar role.Strong proficiency in HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.Experience with responsive web design principles.Knowledge of Webflow's design and CMS capabilities.Familiarity with cross-browser compatibility issues and solutions.Excellent collaboration and communication skills.
