Experience required as a Lead Software Developer:

Team leadership responsibilities including 1-to-1s, career map planning, technical leadership, code reviewsWorking in a product-focused start-up environmentOver 7 years commercial experience working in software development using JVM languagesYou do not need to have worked with Kotlin previously, but must be open and happy to work with it.Desired: frontend experience (React)
