C++ Developer

Xpertise Recruitment are currently looking for a Mid-level C++ Developer for a fast-growing software house specialising in CAD and CAM.

You will work alongside some of the best developers in the country to deliver state-of-the-art solutions specializing in bespoke IT across the UK. This business is renowned for their cutting-edge packaging design software, and high-quality code is key to their success!

Tech Stack (3+ Years' commercial experience minimum!):

Current knowledge of C++ standards and specifications.Proficiency in C++ compliant languages such as C, C#.JavaScript experience is a plus.Extensive experience in deploying software across a variety of platforms and operating systems.Ability to work in an agile environment.

Location: Greater Manchester (1 day a month onsite)

Salary: £45,000 - 55,000

So, what will you be doing?

As the Developer, you will be responsible for designing, implementing, documenting, and maintaining software solutions.You will keep to date with C++ standards and advancements in application development.Write clean, high quality code using practices like TDD, SOLID principles, and pair programming.Build and add to automated delivery pipelines.Learn, debate, and then apply the latest technology and techniques to solve serious engineering problems.Make sure systems are reliable and scalable.Consulting with internal stakeholders to determine the scope of software development projects.Collaborating with the software development team on application design and development.
