The Role:

Assist with customer meetings and proposal writingDesign robust and technically stable Infrastructure solutions for customersProduce high-quality technical proposals and installation documentationWork with stakeholders to understand business requirements and translate them into functional specificationsDevelop and implement custom applications using PowerApps, Power Automate, and the Common Data ServiceCreate user interfaces and workflows that are intuitive, easy to use, and meet business needsTest, troubleshoot, and maintain applications, ensuring they meet quality and performance standardsCollaborate with other IT teams, including developers, business analysts, and project managers, to ensure that applications are integrated with other systems and processesKeep up to date with new technologies and industry trends related to the Power PlatformDocument technical specifications, test plans, and user manualsProvide technical support and guidance to end-users and other IT teamsContinue to maintain all technical accreditations

Skills Required:

Bachelor's degree in computer science or a related field, or equivalent work experience2-3+ years experience developing applications using PowerApps, Power Automate, and the Common Data ServiceStrong knowledge of modern web technologies, including HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and TypeScriptExperience working with APIs and web servicesFamiliarity with agile development methodologies and the software development lifecycleExcellent problem-solving skills and the ability to think creatively to design effective solutionsStrong communication skills, both verbal and writtenAbility to work independently and in a team environmentMicrosoft Power Platform certifications (advantageous)Experience of integration with SharePoint, Teams, and Power Bi
