Within HSO you'll work with Microsoft Dynamics 365, Azure cloud platform and our unique, industry-specific solutions.As a Power Platform Senior Developer you will:Help our clients leverage the Microsoft Power Platform for their digital transformation journey.Work on designing, implementing, and optimizing Power Platform solutions and also you will be responsible to lead a team of several Junior Developers and guide them based on client and project needs. As part of our team, you will have the opportunity to work with cutting-edge technologies, collaborate with a diverse group of professionals, and contribute to the growth and success of our organization.Responsibilities:Lead and participate in Power Platform implementation projects, including requirements gathering, solution design, development, testing, and deployment.Lead Team of Junior Developers based on project and client requirements, follow and support their participation and contribution on each project and client related activity.Provide technical expertise and guidance to clients, helping them maximize the value of the Power Platform.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver integrated solutions that meet our clients' business goals.Stay up-to-date with the latest advancements in the Power Platform and recommend innovative solutions to clients.Conduct training sessions and workshops to empower clients to use the Power Platform effectively. RequirementsMinimum of 5 years of experience as a Developer or Technical Consultant, with specific experience in the Power Platform.Strong knowledge of Power Apps, Power Automate, and Power BI. Knowledge of Logic Apps would be a plus.Basic CE Developer Skillset (creating Tables, Views and Forms within a solution) would be highly beneficial for this role.Exposure to ALM Processes.JavaScript plugin development, Azure Functions and C# experience and knowledge.Experience with building applications against DataVerse, SharePoint and SQL and Front End Development (React) would be a great advantage.Understanding of baseline FinOps (Finance & Operations) processes and business logic.Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.Ability to work independently, collaborate effectively as part of a team, share knowledge and lead other team members.Strong communication and presentation skills.Microsoft certifications in the Power Platform or related technologies are preferred.
