Interview ProcessWe have a few questions about general software development in the web environment that we like our candidates to tackle before inviting them for a video interview.
They're not technically challenging but are intended to tease out real development experience as these things are often learned the hard way and we'd really like an insight into your approach and experience in these areas.
We often find the more experienced candidates enjoy answering them as it gives them a chance to express their views and approach in these important areas. We do hope you'll find the same.
The interview itself will be with me, Luke, Front-end Lead, and the CTO Richard and will be a one-hour video call. This will be an opportunity for us to find out more about you and, most importantly, for you to find out more about us, our vision and whether you'd like to be a part of it.
After that, there will be a follow-up call with Jethro, our CSO and the other members of the development team as a 'meet the team' call. Not really an interview but you should have a feel for the team then and worth doing before making any final decisions.
We look forward to meeting you!
