Basic Qualifications:Bachelor’s degree in computer science (or equivalent training/experience)Expertise with the Java programming language3+ years of hands-on experience in software design/developmentProven experience with microservice design/development2+ years’ experience with CICD pipelinesExperience with Avaya IVR and Nuance Voice RecognitionStrong Software Engineering fundamentals in data structures, algorithm design, problem solving, source code management, unit testing, CI/CD pipelines, etc.Excellent technical problem-solving, design, coding, and testing skillsAbility to communicate effectively, both in person and in written formExperience working in an Agile Software Development teamSelf-motivated and able to work well under pressure

Basic Skills:Java, SQLEclipse, Git, JiraMicroservices architecture (RESTful API and Graph QL)

Additional Desired Qualification/Skills:Experience in Cloud developmentExperience in Microservice architecture/designPrior experience with Kubernetes in a production environmentExperience working with data services such as Redis and MySQL and messaging services such as KafkaExperience with VoiceXML programming for dynamic interactive Voice Response (IVR) SystemsExperience with the development of in-line and global speech recognition grammars using GRXML
