Senior Back End Developer

Nacre Capital is seeking a skilled and committed Back-end / Full-Stack Engineer to join our team of experienced investors, seasoned executives, and serial entrepreneurs. As a global venture builder, we create and develop our own in-house startups focused on innovative ideas that have the potential to become top-notch, market-leading companies across a range of industries such as digital health, medical devices, agritech, aquaculture, and the online luxury market.

Required Experience:

A minimum of 6 years experience as a Full Stack / Back End Engineer.A Minimum of 4 years of team management experience. Proactive and committed to long-term work relation.

Required Technical Skills:Must haves:Strong React/next.js, C#, and Databases experience.Proven team leader experienceExperience working in consumer-driven companies.Desired skills:Proficient in English, both written and spoken.Experience in developing high-performance, data-intensive platforms with near real-time data processing capabilities will be an advantagePassion for Watches or Art is a plusExperience in Designing and developing end-2-end flows in production environments.Performance, Security, and quality oriented.

Key Responsibilities:Develop and maintain web applications, including front-end and back-end components.Optimize application performance for speed and scalabilityWork with cross-functional teams to develop new features and functionalityStay up-to-date with emerging trends and technologies in web development
