Join Fits as we expand into the Android market! We're seeking an experienced Android Developer to lead the development of our new app. In this role, you'll focus on building, testing, and deploying the app, while working closely with our team to integrate innovative features and external APIs. Play a crucial role in launching Fits on Android, significantly contributing to the expansion of our rapidly growing user base.

In this role, you will:

Lead the development of our native Android application from the ground up, primarily using KotlinCollaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and implement new features, adhering to modern design principles and user expectationsTake charge of the full app development lifecycle, from initial concept, through design, coding, testing, and deployment to the Google Play StoreWork directly with the CTO to align the development with our company's strategic goals and user needs

You'll need:

5+ years of professional experience in building native Android applicationsExtensive experience in developing applications using KotlinDemonstrated ability in writing and maintaining test scripts for ensuring application integrityExperience in developing and successfully publishing at least one significant Android application in Kotlin on the Google Play Store

Nice to have:

A keen eye for design or experience in UI/UX. Your ability to appreciate and contribute to aesthetic and functional design will be highly valuedProficiency in translating design concepts into code. We’re looking for someone who can effectively replicate complex designs in the Android environmentExperience in e-commerce or the fashion industry. If you have worked on apps in these domains, your insights could be incredibly beneficial to our platformSolid experience working with APIs, especially in integrating various backend services with the Android appFamiliarity with managing and optimizing apps for large user bases. Experience in handling scalability challenges and performance optimization for a substantial number of users is a significant plus
