Job Overview: We are seeking a skilled Integration Developer with expertise in Docusign/Esign API and Zapier to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for designing, implementing, and maintaining seamless integrations between our systems using Docusign/Esign API and Zapier. The ideal candidate should have a strong background in API development, workflow automation, and a deep understanding of Docusign/Esign and Zapier functionalities.

Key Responsibilities:

Integration Design and Development:Design, develop, and maintain integrations between Docusign/Esign and various internal and external systems using Docusign/Esign API and Zapier.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and translate them into effective integration solutions.API Development and Documentation:Create and enhance APIs for Docusign/Esign to facilitate data exchange and workflow automation.Develop comprehensive documentation for APIs and integration processes to ensure easy maintenance and troubleshooting.Zapier Workflow Automation:Utilize Zapier to create automated workflows that connect different applications and automate routine tasks.Configure and optimize Zapier workflows to enhance operational efficiency and streamline business processes.Testing and Quality Assurance:Conduct thorough testing of integrations to ensure reliability, security, and optimal performance.Identify and resolve issues, bugs, or performance bottlenecks in a timely manner.Monitoring and Maintenance:Implement monitoring solutions to proactively identify and address potential integration issues.Perform regular maintenance activities to ensure the continued smooth operation of Docusign/Esign and Zapier integrations.Collaboration and Communication:Work closely with internal teams, stakeholders, and third-party vendors to gather requirements and provide technical expertise.Communicate effectively to convey technical information to non-technical stakeholders.Stay Current with Technology Trends:Stay informed about the latest developments in Docusign/Esign, Zapier, and related technologies to recommend and implement improvements.Qualifications:
