Roles & ResponsibilitiesDesign, develop, and maintain server-side components of our software applicationsWrite clean, efficient, and well-structured code using best practicesWork closely with the frontend development team to integrate server-side components with the frontendCollaborate with product owners and other stakeholders to understand their needs and requirementsEnsure the scalability, reliability, and security of our applicationsTroubleshoot and resolve issues related to the backend systemsContinuously improve the performance and efficiency of our systemsMentor and coach junior developers, helping them grow their skills and advance in their careersKeep up-to-date with the latest technologies, industry trends and best practices to continually improve our products and processesContribute to our growing architectureCultivate our values and help grow our culture.Help improving our processes

Project Requirements:Strong experience in C# and microservicesExperience with scalable cloud-based systemsDrive and ability to write clean, efficient, and well-structured codeA self-starter with excellent spoken/written communication and the ability to work effectively in a team that is formingSense of ownership: business-oriented, ownership mindset (taking ownership all the way from planning to coding and then running it in production)Nice to have:Experience with Kubernetes, Azure, RabbitMQ, building/maintaining SaaS productsStartup experienceLeadership experience or at least interestMust Have:C#/.NetRESTfull APIs experience (building, not using ;-) Good command of SOLID principlesDemonstrable knowledge of design patternsMongoDB experienceUnit Testing & TDDKnowledge of CI/CDGitflow and git knowledgeSolid understanding of DockerKafka / RabitMQ / RedisMicroservices and distributed computing
