Software Developer for Automotive Diagnostic Project

Project Description:We are seeking a talented and motivated Software Developer to join our team and contribute to our exciting automotive diagnostic project. The project is focused on ensuring the diagnostics of the future, particularly for the new generation of cars built on E³ architecture. The primary objective is to extend existing virtual Tester VT4G with a cutting-edge basic system and roll it out to the markets, enabling cloud capabilities for the corresponding backend systems. This transformation is essential to guarantee diagnostic and service capability in the ever-evolving automotive industry to support diagnostic solutions for the current and future models.

Responsibilities:Develop and implement a new virtual Tester VT4G with a modern basic system.Ensure the seamless integration and roll-out of the virtual Tester VT4G in the market.Adapt existing backend systems to make them cloud-capable.Implement features to enable diagnostic and service capability.Work with the diagnostic content management system to read and process ISO-ODX data using the VW MCD kernel.Modify the import process to allow the loading of ODX data in both current and upcoming car model formats.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve project goals.

Mandatory Skills Description:Main Requirements:Proficiency in C# // .NET development.Strong experience with Windows development.Knowledge of DLL implementation and usage.Experience with multi-threading and synchronization techniques.Familiarity with TCP sockets for data communication.

Nice-to-Have Skills:AWS,Diagnostics background, ideally in the automotive industry.Experience with UDS PassThru-API and D-PDU API.Knowledge of RDP (Remote Desktop Protocol) and Virtual Channels.

Languages:English: B2 Upper Intermediate
