About Data Analytics (DA)Data Analytics is one of the highest growth practices within Evalueserve, providing you rewarding career opportunities. What you will be doing at EvalueserveDesigning customized solutions for our clients that condense industry-specific KPIs into data products.Leading BI development projects and self-managing your workload.Performing data wrangling activities, including querying, cleaning, transforming, and loading large chunks of data originating from multiple sources.Creating new data models that feed into BI solutions.Ensuring data integrity and data quality through the life cycle of projects.Performing analysis and generating descriptive to prescriptive insights on collected data.Developing reports and dashboards that tell visual data stories.Communicating with technical and non-technical stakeholders to gather business requirements, identifying bottlenecks, defining priorities, developing solutions, and communicating results.Keeping your technical and domain expertise sharp and continually developing your soft skills by participating in company-sponsored programs and self-development activities.Being a team player, collaborating to advance the Business Analytics practice at Evalueserve through participation in internal initiatives including workshops and the development of product accelerators.

What we're looking for3+ years of experience in BI development.Experience working with Google Looker.Experience working with multiple BI tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau, Looker Studio).Data Analysis using SQL plus either Python or R.Proficiency in Microsoft ExcelAdvanced verbal and written communication skills in EnglishStrong attention to detail.Knowledge of Cloud Infrastructure like Azure is a plus.Experience with CI/CD tools, Git is a plus.
