Responsibilities and The Work You'll Do:
Develop customized solutions within the Salesforce platform, including Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Components, and Lightning Web Components.Design, develop, and maintain integrations between Salesforce and other systems using REST and SOAP APIs.Collaborate with business stakeholders and technical teams to gather and analyze requirements and provide technical guidance on Salesforce best practices.Create and maintain system documentation, including solution design, technical specifications, and test plans.Perform unit testing, integration testing, and support user acceptance testing to ensure high-quality deliverables.Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues and bugs related to Salesforce applications and integrations.Stay up to date with the latest Salesforce features and functionalities and evaluate their applicability to our organization's needs.Participate in code reviews to ensure adherence to coding standards and best practices.
Minimum Qualifications:
Active Salesforce Advanced Developer or Platform Developer (I or II) certificationDemonstrated experience practicing Agile development methodologiesDemonstrated experience utilizing source control on a Salesforce projectDemonstrated experience with Salesforce administration and development; security, standard objects, reports/dashboards, Chatter, Knowledge, Communities, Live Agent, data management and sandbox environmentsDemonstrated experience with advanced Salesforce.com development tools and techniques, e.g. Apex language, Force.com custom development, triggers, controllers, JavaScript, Force.com SOAP and REST APIs, JSON, sObjects, SOQL, SOSL, Chatter APIs, outbound messaging, Lightning Components and Visualforce pageDemonstrated experience developing robust test classes and ensuring code coverage within SalesforceDemonstrated experience using Salesforce's standard development tooling, including the Salesforce CLI, Data Loader, VS Code + Salesforce Extension PackDemonstrated experience with Section 508 accessibility requirements and experience developing and testing conformant interfacesMust be a US Citizen or Green Card Holder that holds or is eligible to obtain a Public TrustAbility to travel 20 - 50%, on average, based on the work you do and the clients and industries/sectors you serve.
