Most importantExpertise in .NET stack and C#, with a willingness to transition to our future stackExpertise in one or more server-side technologies like PHP, Laravel, Node.js, or similar frameworksExpertise in JavaScript, including ES6+ and one or more major JavaScript frameworks like React, or Next.jsProficiency with CI/CD processes and tools like Jenkins, Travis CI, or GitLab CIDesign and build REST APIs to support front-end applicationsBuild and maintain single-page apps using major JavaScript frameworks like Next.jsContribute to architectural discussions and decisions, promoting a culture of collaboration and knowledge-sharingCollaborate closely with UX, product, and development teams to build world-class web applicationsAbility to debug API responsesMentor the less experienced developers
