Position Overview:Apply is collaborating with a high-performing agency in the government sector, recognized for delivering top-tier technology solutions. We are searching for an Intermediate Developer who is adept, innovative, and passionate about Python development. This role is instrumental in developing high-quality software applications, focusing on Python, and contributing to various stages of the software development lifecycle.

Responsibilities:Lead full lifecycle application development with a strong emphasis on Python.Gather and interpret requirements from stakeholders, transforming them into powerful Python-based applications.Uphold and enhance the performance, quality, and responsiveness of applications.Conduct Python-centric code reviews, offering constructive peer feedback.Efficiently troubleshoot, debug, and enhance Python applications.Collaborate with different teams for the seamless integration of Python applications.Keep abreast of emerging trends and best practices in Python development.Mentor and guide junior developers in Python and general software development practices.

Required Skills:Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related fields.At least five years of experience in software development, with a significant concentration on Python.Expertise in Python and its web frameworks like Django or Flask.Knowledge of front-end technologies (JavaScript, React, Angular) and database technologies (SQL, NoSQL).Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure).Exceptional problem-solving, analytical, and debugging skills.Strong communication skills and a collaborative spirit.

Preferred Qualifications:Experience in an Agile development environment.Familiarity with DevOps and containerization technologies (Docker, Kubernetes).
