Role description

This is a remote internship position for a Node.js Developer. As a Node.js Developer intern, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining server-side web application logic using Node.js and integrating front-end elements built by other team members. You'll also work with other developers to design and maintain back-end APIs and develop highly performant, scalable applications.

Qualifications

Proficiency in Node.js and JavaScriptUnderstanding of server-side templating languages such as EJS, Jade, mustache, etc.Knowledge of front-end technologies such as HTML, CSS, JavaScript, jQuery, React, and AngularJSExperience with RESTful APIs and API lifecycle managementBasic understanding of database management and SQLKnowledge of code versioning tools such as Git and BitbucketBachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field is preferred, but not requiredAbility to work in a collaborative environment, strong communication, and teamwork skillsKnowledge of back-end frameworks such as Express.js, Koa.js and others is a plusAbility to work independently on projects and as part of a team.
