Senior Java Developer

· 5-8 Years of Java Development experience· Strong understanding of SDLC - Software Development Lifecycle· Strong knowledge of Computer science fundamentals, including data structures, algorithms, and programming.· Understand modern source control, such as Git.· Strong hands-on experience in using Java and frameworks such as Spring Boot, Spring Cloud, Hibernate, JPA· Knowledge of JSON, XML, HTTP, Web Services· Experience with microservice design and development· Experience designing and developing cloud-native, scalable, and highly available distributed systems· Strong understanding of relational and NoSQL databases · Experience using MySql, Postgres, Mongo etc· Experience designing, developing, and consuming RESTful API· Experience with message broker/event queue technologies (e.g. RabbitMQ, Kafka)· Must have strong experience with micro-services architectures and container technologies, such as Docker.· Deployment using Kubernetes· Desirable to have strong knowledge of Test Driven Development (TDD) and testing frameworks and technologies, such as JUnit, Mokito· Strong verbal and written communication skills
