We are seeking a Director of Web3 Education to spearhead our education efforts. This individual will play a pivotal role in improving our content, learning and project-building process, and building relationships with the leading blockchain protocols in the world.
Responsibilities
Content: Improve our courses and help build new courses from scratch to teach how to build successful web3 projects.Improving learning and project-building process: Developers join our bootcamps, project building sessions, and hackathons to ship projects. Build the processes of these learning mechanisms to optimize the learning experience and quality of outcomes.Helping developers build technical projects: Work with our teaching assistants, mentors, and volunteers to guide developers in their learning and project building journey.Working with our client protocols to build the best developer training programs for their ecosystems: In this role, you’ll have the opportunity to meet with many leading web3 players from our first sales conversation to the monthly check-ins. Work with these clients to build the best developer education programs for them and report back the results.Measure and act on the results: Measure main KPIs such as the number of talent joining and completing our programs and the quality of projects built. Iterate on the learning process and content constantly.Sharing learnings and best practices within the team and with the broader web3 ecosystem.
Qualifications
Strong technical skills,Proven track record of building web3 projects,Proven experience and strong intuitions about learning processes for new technical skills, ability to build and execute new learning processes,Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills,Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to explain complex technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences.
