A well-respected, 'Tech for Good' healthcare organisation is on the hunt for a dedicated Principal Ruby Developer. You’ll work remotely, alongside the CTO, on challenging and rewarding healthcare technology projects.

Your role:Develop, optimise and maintain our healthcare software apps using Ruby.Collaborate with the CTO in advancing our technical strategy.Mentor the development team, fostering a culture of collaboration and innovation.Oversee high-quality delivery while managing timelines and expectations.

You need:At least 5 years of experience in Ruby development.Strong leadership skills and experience in a senior or lead role.A track record of delivering high-quality, scalable, software solutions.
