1. To shine as a Senior Salesforce Developer (Call Routing, Support), you should have:

Previous experience as a Salesforce Developer with a track record of delivering successful Salesforce solutions.Experience in Call Routing and support functions.Knowledge or basic experience back and front technologies (JavaScript, Java, others)A passion for staying updated on emerging Salesforce trends and technologies.Communicate effectively in English B2+ (is a must)

2. To shine as a Senior Salesforce Backend Developer, you should have:

Previous experience as a Salesforce Developer with a track record of delivering successful Salesforce solutions.Experience in implementing Service Cloud.Strong experience in backend technologies (Java, Python, others)Familiarity with Salesforce integration tools and third-party integrations.Communicate effectively in English B2+ (is a must)

3. To shine as a Salesforce Developer Lead, you should have:

Previous experience as a Lead Salesforce Developer with a track record of delivering successful Salesforce solutions.Advanced knowledge of Salesforce Sales & Service Cloud configuration.Experience in Lightning component development.Experience in backend and frontend technologies (JavaScript, Java, Python, others)Strong understanding of Salesforce platform capabilities and best practices.Knowledge of Apex, Visualforce, SOQL, and Lightning Web Components.Ability to work on customer service and technical support projects.Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to collaborate effectively in a team environment.Communicate effectively in English B2+ (is a must)
