We're in search of a highly skilled Full Stack Software Engineer who possesses strong interpersonal abilities to elevate our products, with a particular focus on our clients' "buy-side" customers. This individual will play a vital role in advancing their Control Room offering by integrating various metrics from their existing products (MAST and TEAM) with specific requirements from their customers.

This position is at a senior level and will support the Head of Product Development. It is ideal for candidates with extensive industry experience in coding and/or mathematical modelling, along with a broad understanding of financial markets and products.

The role encompasses both hands-on coding and a deep understanding of financial markets and products. Your team will be tasked with finding solutions to critical issues within the realm of financial trade surveillance and beyond. Having the ability to view things from a trader's perspective is highly valuable as we strive to ensure that their product remains at the forefront of the market compared to their competitors.

Requirements:Demonstrable experience in a financial markets setting (previous experience in an Investment Bank or large Asset Management firm is particularly beneficial as you will be familiar with the challenges facing our customers and the environment in which they operate)Hands-on skills in at least one programming/scripting language (e.g. C#, Python, SQL)Comfortable tutoring new joiners/junior team membersAble to prioritise, assign and manage escalations from customer-facing teamsCollaborative in their approachPassionate about ensuring best development practices are upheld across this team
