Responsibilities / Duties• Salesforce Development: Design, develop, customize, and maintain solutions within the Salesforce platform to meet business requirements.• Configuration and Customization: Customize Salesforce applications by configuring objects, fields, workflows, process builder, and other declarative tools.• Apex and Visualforce Development: Write Apex classes, triggers, Visualforce pages, and Lightning Components as needed to extend Salesforce functionality.• Integration: Integrate Salesforce with other systems using APIs (REST/SOAP), middleware, and data migration tools.• Testing and Deployment: Perform unit testing, troubleshoot issues, and support deployment activities within the Salesforce environment.• Documentation: Create and maintain technical documentation for developed solutions, configurations, and customizations.• Collaboration: Collaborate with cross-functional teams including business analysts, other developers, and stakeholders to gather requirements and deliver solutions.

Skills / Knowledge / Abilities • Salesforce Expertise: Strong experience in Salesforce development, including proficiency in Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Components, and Salesforce APIs.• Customization and Configuration: Solid understanding of Flow Builder and familiarization with earlier declarative tools like Process Builder, Workflow Rules, as well as custom object/field creation.• Integration Skills: Familiarity with integrating Salesforce with external systems using RESTful/SOAP APIs and data migration tools.• Problem-Solving: Ability to analyze complex requirements and provide technical solutions within the Salesforce environment.• Communication: Excellent communication skills to collaborate effectively with team members and stakeholders.• Team Player: Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment, sharing knowledge and supporting others.• Certifications: Salesforce certifications such as Salesforce Certified Platform Developer, Salesforce Certified Administrator, or equivalent certifications are a plus.

Experience/Education• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.• Minimum of 3 years of hands-on experience in Salesforce.com development, with a focus on architecting solutions.• Proven track record of successfully delivering complex, high-quality Salesforce solutions.• Experience in leading Salesforce implementation projects and guiding development teams.• Strong understanding of Agile/Scrum methodologies and best practices in Salesforce development.

Physical and Work Requirements

Employee is frequently required to stand, walk, sit, talk, and/or hear for long periods of time. The employee must regularly lift and/or move up to 10 pounds, frequently lift and/or move 25 pounds, and occasionally lift and/or move 50 pounds.
