We are looking for a Senior Software Developer In Test to join the Dayforce Hub team, which allows tailoring the Dayforce experience with their branding and content through configurable widgets and styles. The goal is to increase employee engagement and alignment with organizational culture.
You will collaborate with energetic teams of Developers, Test Engineers, and Technical Product Managers throughout the development process to ensure high quality deliverables. The Software Developer in Test is adept in the arenas of both Test Engineering and Software Development.

Become a product expert in our platform to ensure the automated tests focus on real-world scenarios and not just what is easyInvestigate, report, and track product failures to resolution. Deal with the false-positives that come up with automated testing, ensuring the test suite remains up to dateCreate automated tests that are maintainable by other members of your teamAnalyze test results and improve the areas with higher defect trends Participate in the creation and execution of test plans and test cases Provide code reviews and architectural guidance to the team and Mentor other technical team members Identify and escalate issues related to plan and quality You will actively participate in continuous quality improvements for the product and processes through automated tests
Skills And Experience We Value
7 or more years of hands-on industry experience as an SDET, Test Engineer, or strong Automation EngineerProficiency in programming languages such as C# or Java.Strong understanding of software development methodologies, CI/CD pipelines, and agile practices.Hands on experience in applying design patterns, writing tests, and optimizing tests.Hands-on experience with test automation with experience creating and maintaining test scripts using tools such as Selenium, SpecFlow, Cucumber, Playwright, CodedUI Experience with TestOps. Help manage the Automation infrastructure, making improvements and helping diagnose issue
What Would Make You Really Stand Out
Experience working with SaaS Enterprise SoftwareExperience with Content Management Systems (CMS) an asset. E.g. Umbraco, Orchard, Kentico, Joomla, Drupal, etc.
