Role DescriptionThis is a remote contract role for a ServiceNow Developer. The ServiceNow Developer will be responsible for developing and maintaining the ServiceNow platform, configuring workflows, designing and implementing customized ServiceNow modules. They will also be responsible for integrating ServiceNow with other systems as well as providing technical support for users.

Qualifications5-8 Years of technical engineering & administration experience with Commvault.Administer, maintain and monitor Commvault Backup solution on-premises & AWS cloud.Hands on experience with Commvault Hyper Scale X appliances.Proficient with Intellisnap Backups.Comprehensive experience with troubleshooting L2/L3 Commvault issues.Review Backup infrastructure & work on performance optimization.Analyse HSX libraries & organic growth of backup data, leading to efficient capacity management.Work with internal teams & customers for any Backup & Recovery needs.Liaison with vendors for technical issues / escalations.Knowledge of Commvault features like deduplication, synthetic full, intellisnap, livesync, workflows & aux/dash copies.Good understanding of Commvault subclients, storage policies, schedule policies.Well versed with Commvault APIs.Knowledge of encryption & network topologies.Have setup Commvault Disaster recovery setup.Understanding of ransomware in CommvaultWorking knowledge of AWS Cloud, CFTs, Terraform.Good to have experience with deploying Commvault on AWS cloud.Good to have worked with ServiceNow & sound knowledge of ITIL processes.Well versed with Agile frameworkA Team Player & self-motivated individual.
