Role DescriptionThis is a full-time remote role for a Sr. Service Now Developer. The Sr. Service Now Developer will be responsible for designing, developing, configuring, and testing Service Now instances, including integration with other systems. They will also have to maintain and upgrade existing systems, provide technical guidance to team members, and provide excellent customer service to our clients.

Qualifications6 Years + ServiceNow experience with expert knowledge of IRM & CAM ModulesStrong analytical skills and the ability to analyze complex problemsExperience with creating and integrating APIs and web servicesAbility to provide excellent customer service and communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical customers

Additional qualifications that would be beneficial include:

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related fieldExperience with ITIL and IT Service ManagementExperience with Agile methodologiesExperience with other programming languages such as Java or Python
