Senior NetSuite Developer

Our NetSuite Developer will play a critical role in supporting/enhancing our ERP system, NetSuite (+surrounding systems), and work closely with the administrator team. We are looking for someone who has significant experience developing solutions and fixing technical issues in NetSuite.

This Role Is Ideal For Someone Who

Is skilled in technical aspects of NetSuite, can troubleshoot/enhance current functionalities with scripts and workflows, and has ability to design/build optimal solutions that meet business objectivesUnderstands business processes such as Order to Cash, Procure to Pay, Record to Report

Responsibilities

Develop solutions that meet business requirementsOversee the entire development process on projects by leading solution design sessions, development, deployments, and post-implementation supportFix systems issues and defectsSupport projects to enhance existing systems or implement new onesBuild reports and searches as requestedParticipate in Level 3 user support for incoming requests and troubleshooting that require technical analysisParticipate in regular feedback through peer-code reviewsProvide technical guidance to other NetSuite developersCollaborate with administrators on technical and administrative tasksIncorporate Agile methodologies in day-to-day activities, and actively plan for and participate in Agile ceremoniesCreate/maintain technical documentation to be shared with team membersConduct/support testing for system changes and support automation of testingEnsure SOX compliance by properly documenting system changesMaintain up-to-date knowledge of NetSuite functionalities, upgrades, customization and integrationExpand domain of knowledge to other systems the team manages and provide technical expertiseEnsure system compliance with Company policies, procedures and protocols for system standards, customizations and changes

Requirements

Bachelor’s Degree – MIS, Computer Science or relevant fields4-6 years of hands-on development experience in NetSuiteExtensive experience in SuiteScript (1.0 and 2.x), SuiteFlow, and SuiteTalkExperience working with version control systemStrong analytical and problem solving skills; ability to work creatively in problem solving environment.Excellent written and verbal communication skillsSystem Savvy – ability to find your way around the system naturallyAbility and willingness to learn new systems and skillsTeam-minded and positive attitudeCommitment to complete projects on timeExcellent customer service skills

Compensation

Alteryx is committed to fair, equitable, and transparent compensation. Final compensation will be determined by various factors such as your relevant work experience, education, certifications, skills, and geographic location.

The salary range for this role in Southern California, Colorado, Washington, and Rhode Island is $103,300-$139,400.The salary range for this role in New York City and Northern California is $112,600-$152,000.

In addition, you may be eligible for additional compensation, such as a bonus and stock grants. Employees may also be eligible for a wide range of other benefits, including medical, retirement, financial, wellness, time off, employee discounts, and others.
