Role DescriptionThis is a remote contract role for a Database Developer. As a Database Developer, the candidate will be responsible for day-to-day tasks like database development, administration, and design. The candidate will also need to have a strong understanding of Extract Transform Load (ETL) and analytical skills.

DB developer should have the following skills: Read, understand and refactor complex SQL code.Analyze and identify SQL code related performance bottlenecks, and optimize them by restructuring the existing code or adding indexes (if required).Design aggregate data models and write processes to populate them (so that they can be used for direct reporting).
