ROLE RESPONSIBILITIESThe Manager, MES Solution Engineering colleague’s responsibilities include but are not limited to:Possess Industry and Technology acumen and be expertise with IT systems and plant operations environment (OT).Involve in Design/Development, maintain and optimizing the solution for the Manufacturing Execution SystemsInstall, upgrade, and configure MES software.Maintain and monitor MES applications and systems to ensure optimal performance and availability.Troubleshoot issues with MES systems and provide timely resolution to minimize production downtime.Troubleshoot issues with MES integrations with Enterprise systems, other L3 systems, Automation systems and Potable Lab Equipment’s.Lead technical point of contact for MES SystemsGain knowledge and educate team membersBASIC QUALIFICATIONS:Education: Bachelor’s DegreeMinimum 10 years of experience working with Digital solutions, at least 5 years on MESHave a good experience of working on Oracle DBHave good experience/knowledge on SQL, CI/CD, DevOPS, Microsoft Foundation technologies, JAVA, JavaScript.Have managed integrated MES systems, FTPC/FTPS/PMX, Simatic IT/OpCenter, SyncadeExperience with API protocols and schemas such as APIHave good written and verbal communication skills, strong technical acumen, Superior analytical and logical skills.Proven technical and project management experienceKnowledge of Industry trends and relevant application technologiesPREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:Experience with Digital solutions within in a BioPharma companyExperience with cloud-native ArchitectureKnowledge on Unix and Linux environmentsKnowledge on basic networking concepts
