🔎 What we look for?For our specialized team, we are seeking a Senior FrontEnd Developer experienced with ReactJS and Next.js, for an important British investment company. High level of English required.

100% remote from Spain.

⚙ Key Responsibilities:Contributing to all aspects of software delivery in terms of design, development, testing, releasing, and monitoring.Collaborating with business stakeholders and agile analysts to effectively translate features and user stories into working software that is fit for purpose.Comfortable with collaborating and working across the entire system stack, demonstrating ease in pairing with colleagues and contributing to both front-end and back-end development. This includes being comfortable with technologies such as HTML, CSS, JavaScript, as well as other languages such as C# & SQL.Comfortable with working with APIs as the source of the UI’s data and be able to spot appropriate decoupling approaches and decisions about where business logic should be.Working with Principal Analyst Developer and Engineering Lead to implement the Technology roadmap.Working with our UX Design team to deliver the best user experience for our customers.Working with our UX Design team to deliver the best user experience for our customers.Articulating technical solutions to non-technical and business stakeholders.Working with colleagues from other teams to identify and resolve dependencies.Writing and maintaining infrastructure as code to support CI / CD.Providing technical guidance, conducting code reviewing and mentoring team members where required.Responsible for writing all type of tests to support our Shift Left journey, build and deployment scripts to support Continuous Integration and Continuous Delivery and Deployment.Contribute to agile planning and ceremonies including story refinement, demos, and retrospectives.Maintenance, support, and innovative development of a complex Digital platform to drive positive value-based outcomes for the business and our clients.Monitoring the health of our distributed Web Platform and identifying issues and opportunities for improvement.Identifying Technical Debt and keeping it under control by triggering and owning continuous improvements iterations.Producing, sharing, and maintaining high quality documentation for features involving multiple components of our Web Platform.

💡 Mandatory requirement: Proven Front End development skillset using React.js with nice to have experience with Next.js Framework or similar.Good background with software design principles and patterns, designing code for readability and re-usability, scalability, and maintainability.Test Driven Development (TDD) approaches in React.Maturity in using Test Driven Development.Understanding the entire life cycle of mature web applications and APIs.Experience hosting and managing web applications and services in Cloud Platforms with experience using Azure being a nice to have.Proficiency in using Application Performance Monitoring and Real User Monitoring tools with Azure Application Insights being a nice to have.Ability to translate business requirements into functional specification, delivering a tested functioning solution.Strong understanding and experience applying Agile principles.Good DevOps experience in creating and maintaining automated pipelines and using Infrastructure-as-Code tooling.Experience working with global colleagues and stakeholders understanding cultural differences, time zones etc.Excellent command of the English language, both written and spoken
