Role Description

This is a contract, remote position for a Sr Power BI Developer, responsible for designing, developing, and implementing innovative business intelligence and analytics solutions using Power BI. The Sr Power BI Developer will collaborate with internal teams to understand business requirements, identify solution design alternatives, and implement solutions that exceed customer expectations. Additionally, the Sr Power BI Developer will ensure performance, reliability, and maintainability of existing and new BI solutions, and troubleshoot complex issues and provide effective solutions.

Qualifications

5+ years of experience in business intelligence and data analytics space, with a focus on Power BIExpertise in creating compelling interactive reports and dashboards using Power BI, with a deep understanding of DAX and M languagesStrong understanding of Power Query, Power Pivot, and other features of the Power BI stackExperience integrating Power BI with other Microsoft tools such as Excel, Azure and Teams.Experienced in delivering end-to-end BI solutions and leading teamsA strong communicator with an aptitude for problem solving in a collaborative environmentBachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science or a related fieldExperience with SQL, Power Apps and Power Automate is a plusAbility to work in a fast-paced environment and to efficiently meet strict deadlines
