Essential duties and job responsibilities:We are looking for a highly motivated and energetic Senior Software Engineer with a hands-on mentality and extremely strong coding skills to join our growing Engineering team. You’ll join a global, highly engaged and technical group that is well-versed in building enterprise-ready and extremely secure software systems.You will have a broad knowledge of programming languages and paradigms, the capability of understanding the intricacies of a larger platform architecture and depth of experience in putting this into action to solve complex technical problems. Additionally, you will bring strong communication skills to the team through your experience working on global projects in your past roles

Requirements:+6 years of professional experience in software development+4 years of professional experience in RoRExperience with streaming data (preferably Kafka)Experience performing basic domain modeling or architectural design using software engineering patterns: GoF, PoEAA etcExperience developing REST APIs, and webhooks systemsExperience with TDD, unit tests, functional tests. validation, A/B testingKnowledge of infrastructure and cloud (preferably AWS) Knowledge of DevOps – DBs, pipelines, monitoring, deployment, etc.Understanding of Software Development Life Cycle, Continuous Integration, and Continuous DeliveryExperience with agile software development methodologies (e.g., Scrum) and related tooling (git, github, Jira)Good communication skills in English (B2+ min)
