We are seeking a dynamic ServiceNow Software Developer. Working alongside the ServiceNow Principal Architect and Development Teams, you will contribute to the overall ServiceNow solution. As we embark on our Continual Improvement Program and maturation, we are looking for a ServiceNow Developer with solid skills and experience particularly in the area of HR Service Delivery and the associated SNOW modules and capabilities.

Responsibilities

Provides application ServiceNow development services and technical supportDevelops program logic for new applications or analyzes and modifies logic in existing applicationsDesigns, codes, tests, debugs, documents, implements and maintains ServiceNowAnalyzes requirements, and maintains, tests and integrates application componentsEnsures that system improvements are successfully implementedHandles Incidents per published SLAs, ensures system stability by actioning required maintenance scheduled tasks, and addresses system issues impacting SLAsImplements ServiceNow workflows that integrate with external web servicesDesigns and develops a workflow framework that can be applied to many workflows, and continuing to seek new opportunities to improve our current manual processesProvides standard methodologies for guiding adoption and influencing the customer to make investments in the solutionHelps define the services that ServiceNow delivers and gets alignment with customers on service definitions, SLAs and critical metricsStrong ServiceNow administration skills and experience

Qualifications

4+ years of overall ITSM experience5 years’ experience developing on the ServiceNow platformServiceNow Certified Systems Administration (CSA) certificationServiceNow Certified Application Developer certificationExperience in HTML, CSS, Javascript, AJAXExperience of one popular web framework - React, AngularJSStrong experience working with HR modules in ServiceNowAbility to develop web services such as Scripted REST APIs and Rest MessagesExperience integrating to multiple data sources (SOAP, REST, Webhooks, and JSON as well as JDBC and file imports)Experience with standard methodologies of software development - logging, unit testing (ATF), code reviews, etcAdvanced scripting experience applying best practice formatting and comments in Script Includes, Business Rules, etcExperience with upgrades and skipped update remediationExperience utilizing the Agile/Scrum methodology to define and deliver development workExcellent communication skills

Preferred Qualifications

Solid understanding of the ServiceNow Common Service Data Model (CSDM)Certified Implementation Specialist certification in one of the OOTB ServiceNow modules (HRSD, ITSM, ITBM, ITOM, etc.)ServiceNow Service Portal micro-certificationsITIL V3 Foundation or above
