Job Description
Primary Responsibilities
Manages and configures customer master data, MDM administrative functions.Manages and configures data visualization tool and data structures.Writes SQL code as required to support business requestsWorks closely with vendors and internal team members to implement new features as they become available or are requested by the business lines.Proactively identifies areas for operational efficiencies and designs/articulates a means for process improvement.Provides support and contributes to implementing data governance standards, policies and procedures.Ensures change requests are documented with requirements, prioritized, tested, and completed in a timely manner.Creates or assists others in writing end-user documentation, instructions and procedures to be used for training to use new of modified software.Adheres to department standards for change and incident management. Records, tracks, and documents the problem-solving process, including all successful and unsuccessful decisions made, and actions taken, through to final resolution.Communicates application problems, incidents, and issues to key stakeholders, including management, end users, business leaders, and third-party vendors.Utilizes knowledge and experience to test fixes and perform post-resolution follow-ups to ensure problems have been adequately resolved.Stays current with industry trends; advises and educates management on their relative importance and impact.Completes annual E-Learning Plan and Bank Secrecy Act (BSA) training as assigned and keeps up-to-date knowledge of BSA as it relates to the job function.
Qualifications
Bachelors Information Technology or similar field required5-7 years’ experience as a SQL Developer, Master Data Management Analyst/Admin, Enterprise Data Analyst, Data Warehouse Analyst/Admin or similar role requiredProven capabilities with SQL, RDBMS and data structures, and analyticsExperience with Informatica MDM and Microsoft PowerBI a plusExperience working with business units to create and analyze dataAbility to produce meaningful and strategic information utilized in decision makingProven experience with troubleshooting principles, methodologies and issue resolution techniquesAbility to solve practical problems and deal with a variety of concrete variables in situations where only limited standardization existsBackground or education in data governance programs and processExperience in testing processes, change management, and vendor managementExperience in data mapping, system conversions, systems integration and software developmentProven ability to work in fast paced environment and meet project deadlinesSuperior written and oral communication skillsAbility to work well individually and in a team environment
