Senior Power Platform Developer

Position Overview:

We are seeking a Senior Power Platform Developer to lead the development, testing, deployment, and documentation of solutions in our dynamic team. This pivotal role involves guiding and sharing best practices in Power Platform development.

Key Responsibilities:

Acquire and apply in-depth knowledge of applications and technical architectures within assigned areas.Design and develop applications using C#, ASP.NET, Azure, SQL Server, and Model-View-Controller patterns.Implement and oversee Continuous Integration/Continuous Deployment (CI/CD) processes.Utilize Azure DevOps for effective project management and collaboration.Demonstrate exceptional attention to detail in all aspects of work.Exhibit excellent troubleshooting skills along with strong verbal and written communication capabilities.Actively contribute in an agile team environment, providing technical insights and expertise throughout all agile ceremonies.Enable the adoption of Microsoft Power Platform at an enterprise level, with a focus on Power Apps, Power BI, and Power Automate.Work alongside Power Platform Architects or SMEs to integrate best practices and principles into programming languages, both within and outside of the Power Platform.

Educational and Professional Requirements:

U.S. Citizenship required - Must be able to pass a government background checkA minimum of 5 years of direct, hands-on experience in a relevant position within the past 7 years.Proficiency in programming and coding, with experience in C#, VBA, SQL Server, and Database Query.Experience in an enterprise environment.Demonstrated experience in developing integrations and customizations on the Power Platform with backend data sources.Familiarity with Azure DevOps or similar tools/services.Practical experience with Power Apps and Power Automate.Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.Ability to work 8am-5pm Eastern Time, regardless of home location.
