As part of the team, you will:Architect Bandit backend systems using the best practicesImplement and iterate features in a tactical manner and rapid paceWork collaboratively and efficiently across-functional teams in a fast-paced early-stage startup environmentDesign, extend and implement APIsHigh standard of engineering quality through code reviews, unit tests, analyticsCreate engineering efficiencies through automation and development of toolsDefine engineering processes for product launch and releasesHelp us grow the world-class engineering team by running technical interviews

Key qualifications and skills to succeed in this role:Advanced English (spoken and written)5+ years of experience in NodeSQL and NoSQL DatabasesAlgorithm knowledgeAgile methodologies managementUnderstanding of best practices, SOLID principles, CLEAN Code, and scalable solutionsDesign Patterns knowledgeAutomated tests, CI/CD pipelinesExperience with Version controlMicroservices and the CloudIT infrastructure knowledge
