SQL T-SQL Developer to own optimisation/performance for SAAS growing machine learning outfit

I seek a self-sufficient SQL Developer to take complete ownership of the SQL Databases of a Data science/ machine learning and AI consultancy who are taking their tech-for-good award winning product up and down NHS trusts!!

This company are rich in domain wealth and after a 20-year existence have found a unique way to grow the business.

The current SQL Server database with c 50 Stored Procedures needs to be faster and better optimised before they take on new customers each with c150gb of data.

You will have 4 years SQL Server TSQL and Stored Procedure experience and a forensic background in performance and optimisation.This work will also take you into Python machine learning and parts of BI. Ideally you will also have a UI appreciation and background in React with customer experience at the heart of your work.

As a small boutique but fast growing consultancy attitude is vital- you must be able to JUST DO IT without any micromanagement with being offered autonomy to OWN.. Each member of the company is critical to the success so good communication and ambition is essential.
