Responsibilities

The Oracle Forms/Apex Developer with Oracle Forms and Apex knowledge is responsible for the development of new application components and work packages for existing or new APEX applications and migrating existing Oracle Forms Applications to APEX.

Develop new required interfaces and/or make changes to the existing interfaces. Develop security for all new screens and integrate with existing roles and application rules. Work with the Product Owners and Business Analysts to receive requirement details and feedback throughout the development cycle. Unit test all the changes with proper test cases Thoroughly document/test all changes Work on high-level enhancements and production support for existing systems.

Qualifications

The primary responsibility will be to maintain, enhance, and document assigned applications developed leveraging Apex foundation and assist in the development of new applications

Oracle Forms & Reports 12c development tools – 2+ Years of experience required Oracle 12c database – 3+ Years of experience required SQL and PL/SQL experience – 3+ Years of experience required Oracle APEX 19 and higher – 3+ Years of experience required HTML, JavaScript, Ajax and CSS – 3+ Years of experience desired 508 Compliance Experience desired Familiarity with revision control systems such as Git/Github Experience with ServiceNow ticketing system to support everyday activities Experience with JIRA software for issue tracking and project management. Experience with SAFE Agile Practices and Process Experience with SAFE Agile Practices and Process Must have the ability to assess the impact of software upgrades and other environment changes. Experience in conducting feasibility studies; analyzing new requirements; preparing functional and system specifications for application programmers; developing data models and system designs; developing complex program codes; testing application and evaluating results for accuracy, timelines and integrative features; preparing documentation; implementing and supporting data processing systems is required

Education: Bachelor's degree in information systems, computer science, or other related field. Employer will accept a suitable combination of education, training, or experience.

Clearance: Public Trust clearance must be obtainable
