Role DescriptionThis is a full-time remote role as a ServiceNow Developer. The successful candidate will be responsible for designing and configuring the ServiceNow platform, participate in the development and implementation of the technical requirements while ensuring maintenance as well as conducting necessary debugging tasks and writing JavaScript code needed for the ServiceNow platform. They will also work alongside cross-functional teams to develop efficient ServiceNow applications.

QualificationsBachelor's degree in Computer Science, or any related field.At least 6+ years of experience as a ServiceNow Developer.Expertise in ServiceNow platform design and configuration, including workflows, integration, and development of customizations using JavaScript and ServiceNow APIs.Experience in designing ServiceNow workflows in Incident, HR and Service Request modulesAbility to write complex JavaScript required for ServiceNow.Knowledge of ServiceNow standard practices and coding standards to ensure efficient and maintainable code.Excellent communication skills, with the ability to explain technical issues and solutions to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.Working knowledge of ITIL practices and experience of ITIL process design.ServiceNow certifications like Certified ServiceNow Administrator, Certified ServiceNow Developer certifications are preferred.Ability to work in a team environment, including cross-functional teams, and work independently with minimal supervision.Experience with Agile methodologies and Agile tools such as JIRA, Azure DevOps, Git is preferred.
