Developer RelationsJob Description: Developer Relations job is all about community management, evangelism, and other interacting with developers to bring them into the Solana ecosystem. They provide the services, resources, and guidance that enable the Vietnam's developer community to stretch the limits of their imaginations and bring the next big app idea to NodeFlair's Client platforms.

Duties include:This includes outreach and work with local teams, dev groups, coder schools, Universities and outsourcing shops to bring the top devs to work on the platform.Provide training, workshops, and funneling people to SolanaEvangelize Solana/ Rust and try to get seasoned programmers to work on Solana, attend our hackathons, meet-ups and submit projects to the global hackathon.Help local developers generate income through our instagrant and bounties program.

Requires strong technical skill sets, but also someone very personable.RequirementsHave a bachelor's degree in Computer Science or Engineering etc.Understands software development technology (Front-End/Back-End/Rust/ Python)Web3 product minded person who can help people think through their projects and provide guidance and ideas to improve themHas deep understanding of web3 scene and understands the top protocols and trending projectsPassion and deep experience teaching and helping others develop and launch projectsHas worked at least 1 year with a web3 companyExperience as a software developer.Must be local VN, but proficient EN skills.
