Web Developer

The ideal candidate is a creative problem solver who will work in coordination with cross-functional teams to design, develop, and maintain our next generation websites and web tools. You must be comfortable working as part of a team while taking the initiative to take lead on new innovations and projects.

Duties and Responsibilities:

Design & develop dynamic web applications and new online innovations, either individually or as part of a team on large projects.Maintain existing online applications and services.Develop internal systems and processes.Assist the helpdesk in resolving code-related end-user issues.Work with our client service team to create feature specifications & investigate issue reports.

The successful candidate will be an efficient and organised team player with a logical and hardworking approach. The ability to communicate with people with various levels of technical proficiency would be useful. A degree qualification or equivalent would be beneficial but is not essential.

3-5+ years’ experience with JavascriptMin 3 years experience in writing SQL QueriesMi 3 years Experience in Database Table Layout and DesignExperience in HTML and CSS3 & Experience – advantageousExperience using Elastic SearchExperience in TypescriptExperience in Node.JsExperience in PHPExperience fixing Browser compatibility issuesExperience in using Linux command lineExperience in GIT / Version Control Best Practice / Merch Conflict handling
