Senior Magento Developer

We are looking for a talented and experienced Magento Engineer to join our e-commerce development team. The Magento Engineer will play a key role in building and maintaining our Magento-based e-commerce solutions, ensuring they are robust, scalable, and aligned with best practices.

Advanced English and Spanish communication is required

Responsibilities

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and understand business requirements and translate them into technical solutions.

Develop, customize, and maintain Magento-based e-commerce websites, including theme integration, module development, and back-end enhancements.

Conduct code reviews and ensure adherence to coding standards, best practices, and Magento development guidelines.

Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues and bugs in Magento applications.

Implement and manage third-party integrations and extensions to enhance e-commerce functionality.

Optimize website performance, including page load times, responsiveness, and scalability.

Stay up-to-date with Magento updates, security patches, and best practices, ensuring timely upgrades.

Collaborate with front-end developers and designers to ensure a seamless and visually appealing user experience.

Assist in quality assurance and testing efforts to identify and resolve issues before deployment.

Contribute to documentation and knowledge sharing within the development team.

Requirements

Great English and Spanish communication

Proven experience as a Magento Developer or Magento Engineer, with a strong portfolio of Magento projects.

Proficiency in Magento development technologies, including PHP, MySQL, JavaScript, HTML, and CSS.

Familiarity with Magento best practices, architecture patterns, and design principles.

Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.

Ability to work effectively in a team and independently, with strong communication and collaboration skills.

Experience with version control systems (e.g., Git) and agile development methodologies.

Experience working with marketplace e-commerce is a plus.
