DescriptionWe are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Tableau Developer to join our team in the pharmaceutical industry. In this role, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining data visualizations and dashboards using Tableau. As a Tableau Developer, you will work closely with stakeholders to understand their data and reporting needs, and translate those requirements into robust, scalable, and visually appealing solutions. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in data analysis, visualization, and business intelligence, along with a deep understanding of pharmaceutical processes and data.ResponsibilitiesDesign and develop interactive and dynamic Tableau dashboards and reports to enable data-driven decision-making processesCollaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and ensure solutions meet business needsClean, transform, and manipulate data to ensure consistency and accuracy in Tableau visualizationsOptimize Tableau dashboards and reports for performance and usabilityConduct data analysis and provide insights to drive key business decisionsTroubleshoot issues and provide technical support for Tableau usersStay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in data visualization and Tableau developmentCollaborate with data engineers and data scientists to integrate Tableau visualizations with other systems and toolsRequirementsBachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related fieldProven experience working as a Tableau Developer, creating complex visualizations and dashboardsProficiency in Tableau Desktop and Tableau ServerStrong understanding of data warehousing concepts and methodologiesKnowledge of SQL and database management systemsFamiliarity with data visualization best practices and design principlesExcellent problem-solving skills and attention to detailStrong communication and collaboration skillsAbility to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneouslyKnowledge of pharmaceutical processes and data is a plusExperience with Python or R is a plus
