Maintain our existing codebase that serves hundreds of thousands of users dailyImplement new features with an eye on delivering impact and value to our users
What we expect from you
4+ years of experience with PHP, JavaScript and HTMLYou are comfortable with legacy codebases as well as the latest tools and technologiesExperience with at least one of these frameworks: Angular, AngularJS or VueJSProficient understanding of code versioning tools, such as GitAbility to write and optimize complex queries in MySQLKnowledge of Redis and queuesCan work across codebases and platformsAbility to write clean code with test coverageAbility to build scalable applicationsLove for complex, advanced codebasesSelf-starter with an investigative mindset for thinking out of the boxProficient verbal and written communication skills in EnglishA sense of personal responsibilityFamiliarity with other languages is a plus (NodeJS, Golang, Ruby)Knowledge of any PHP framework is a plus (we mostly use Laravel)Familiarity with ElasticSearch is a plus
