AWS System Developer

JOB DESCRIPTION• This team will be developing and integrating our Cloud Production tools for productions• Once the tool is deployed, this team will continue to optimize / automate / integrate into our production platform• This team will be deploying and supporting cloud production tools to our productions• This team will also work closely with the production workflow engineers and productions to build quick and tactical technology solutions to enable productions to use cloud technologies. QUALIFICATIONS Must Have skill set• BSc/MSc in Computer Science, Computer Science, Information Systems or related Technical Discipline• 5 years’ experience in Python• Experience working in Python, well versed Scripting – Python, SQL Server• React JS or Angular JS• Strong with AWS Platform:• CICD in AWS Toolset• Work as Developer in AWS Cloud platform for building Serverless Web applications and Microservices/APIs• Experienced in using AWS Services e.g. Lambda, S3, DynamoDB, Kinesis, ElastiCache, API Gateway, SNS, SQS etc.• AWS CodePipeline or Maven, Jenkins for CI/CD• DynamoDB or RDS or similar databases• GitHub• Experience in writing SQL queries• Development in Agile/Scrum/Kanban methodology• Microservices or Serverless Architecture Preferred Skill set Media and Entertainment Experience Knowledge of Production/Post Production Workflows Knowledge of Media & Entertainment Tools, Workflows, Emerging Technologies Attitude to thrive in a fun, fast-paced, startup-like environment Open minded to new approaches and learning Good experience, seniority and mindset maturity as individual contributor is key
