This role requires proficiency in HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and familiarity with Zendesk Guide’s features. The developer will be responsible for creating user-friendly interfaces, ensuring responsive design, and aligning with the company’s customer support objectives. The Technical Guide Developer will work closely with functional leaders and organizational units. This individual will be responsible for the primary Help Center configuration, while also fulfilling smaller requests for the Zendesk accounts across the organization
Skills/Abilities:Proven experience in web development, specifically with HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.Experience with Zendesk Guide and familiarity with the Copenhagen theme.Strong understanding of responsive web design and cross-browser compatibility.Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.Ability to work in a collaborative team environment and communicate effectively with non-technical stakeholders.Bonus skills:Familiarity with Zendesk APIs and App Frameworks, ZIS, OKTA, Azure B2C, JIRA, and Zendesk Apps.5+ years of hands-on experience in web development.
