Responsibilities

Lead the team that contains of 6pplWork with stakeholders to set and communicate team goals aligned to business requirementsEnsure the team stays focused and delivers against the goals, adapting to changing business requirementsHelp team members to meet professional challenges, advise on best approaches, do 121s (recommended once per 2~3 weeks) and facilitate knowledge sharingDesign, architect, and develop software applicationsAnalyze requirements, collaborate with team members to produce thoughtful software designsProvide accurate estimates on work itemsMaintain coding standards and participate in peer code reviewsFacilitate engineering operation process to ensure high-quality software solutions concerning engineering excellenceAssess solution architecture in terms of vulnerabilities and possible improvementsImprove agile software engineering processes and practices

Qualifications and Skills

Lead development teams in the pastExcellent interpersonal and teamwork skills to facilitate collaborative problem solving amongst team members Strong knowledge of Java CoreGood understanding and experience in client-server applications developmentSQL, understanding of relational data modelingStrong knowledge of OOP and design patternsKnowledge of common algorithms and data representation modelsUpper-Intermediate EnglishStrong mathematical background will be a plus
